COMMENTS: I remember the old
wooden window frame of this chippy being painted a dark
green and this had to be one of the most narrow fish &
chip shops i can recall,the entrance was at one of the ends
and customers would wait in a tight `U` shaped que standing
side by side and two deep. The arcade cabinet was at the far
end facing the entrance. The tank games
`No Mans Land` and `Tank Revolution` (Tank Battalion clone) were here..
I am unsure which building now occupies the location of
the chippy as either possibly the Opticians or The
Confederation Of Bangladeshi Associations appear to have
`merged` the chippy into their own floor space.
